With GO CIRCULAR, Team Holcim-PRB sails the world to preserve our oceans with a call to action to accelerate the shift to circular living. 

Team Holcim-PRB is taking part in some of the most prestigious races with its 60 foot monohull IMOCA sailing boat. 

In 2023 GO CIRCULAR joined The Ocean Race for its first round-the-world regatta, taking home the silver medal of this legendary sailing marathon. Celebrating its 50th anniversary, The Ocean Race was a global climate-positive sports event, aligning with Holcim’s net-zero journey. 

In 2024 Team Holcim-PRB is taking the start of one of the biggest sailing challenges on both the human and technical level – the Vendée Globe. This solo race around the world is the ultimate test for every sailor out there as they navigate the turbulent waters of the Antarctic Ocean.

We only have one planet but are living like we have two. A global circular economy will enable us to fulfill people's needs while reducing the materials we extract and use – making human activity compatible with the planet’s safe limits.

With the world building the equivalent of New York City every month for the next 40 years, staying within our planet’s boundaries while we build to improve living standards for all is a must. At Holcim, circularity is at the core of everything we do, as part of our net-zero journey.
